Job Descriptions:
• Create and/or document the Scoping Documents, Requirements (BRS/User Stories as required by the project, and as input into the Solution design.
• Documenting functional and non-functional requirements and processes, such as business, performance, operational, system, reporting, scalability, and/or usability requirements.
• The As-Is diagram depicts the organization's current process, culture, and capabilities. The To-Be diagram depicts the future state of the organisation, including its processes, culture, and capabilities.
• Strong understanding and use of modern digital frameworks and their methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, lean, design thinking, human-centred design, multivariate testing, process mapping, flowcharting, continuous improvement, test automation and others
• Work autonomously to align business unit processes with enterprise business processes, taking into account legal, regulatory, and corporate stipulations, and evaluate associated risks using both technical and business language.
