Job Descriptions： Design & maintain quality assurance, tools and processes for education systems Ensuring policies and procedures are by the VET Quality Framework, government contracts and organisational needs. Prepare reports, and correspondence and present quality assurance data and compliance activities to a range of internal and external stakeholders including the Board, Management, CEO and government bodies. Ensure resources meet all the necessary standards/regulatory requirements Consult with key product specialists to seek final quality assurance approval of materials Work closely with the product development team and provide advice to mitigate any issues to satisfy quality and compliance standards Ensure stakeholder's engagement to main workflow and quality outputs Requirements： Relevant Bachelor’s degree At least 3 years’ experience in Quality Assurance and Compliance Experience in compliance with the records, information and knowledge management requirements Monitoring and adaptation of policies and procedures Knowledge of ASQA standards and audits Experience in managing compliance reporting systems
