Experience is essential in the following: Microsoft Excel Microsoft general suite; word, outlook etc. Excellent written, verbal skills in order to have regular engagement with clients Quickbooks, Xero & Payroll BAS Preparation Customer Service experience About the Role Assisting bookkeeping administration duties Reconciliation of accounts and bank statements Accurate data management Assist in reconciling profit and loss and balance sheets Assist in preparation of reconciled set of financial statements & reports Assistance with other projects, and ad-hoc tasks, as and when required Prepare financial statements, tax returns, and other financial reports for clients
