The company is a Melbourne-based restaurant group with a Chinese and Japanese section, three sub-brand systems and sixteen stores. In addition to Melbourne, the company has outlets in Brisbane and Sydney. The company office is located on St Kilda Road and is currently recruiting for an Office Assistant.
Duties include:
- Assisting with scheduling and organizing the company manager's calendar, including meetings, appointments and business events.
- Track and handle mail, phone calls and emails from internal and external sources, relaying important information in a timely manner.
- Assist in drafting and organizing documents, reports and presentations to ensure accuracy and standardization.
- Assist in handling administrative matters within the company, including document management, office supply procurement, etc.
- Assist in coordinating cooperation and communication between departments to facilitate the smooth running of work.
- Assist in planning and organizing internal company events and team building activities.
Position Requirements:
- Relevant working experience is preferred, catering industry experience is a plus.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills, able to communicate effectively with people at different levels.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to multi-task and remain productive.
- Proficient in the use of office software, including Microsoft Office Suite, etc.
- High regard for work details and confidentiality.
