Job Description： • Managing and motivating the front-of-house team to deliver exceptional service to our customers. • Manage stock levels for FOH and work with the Venue Manager to ensure stock is kept at appropriate levels. • Handling customer complaints and ensuring they are resolved to their satisfaction. • Maintaining high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene. • Conduct regular training sessions with staff to ensure they are equipped with the skills and knowledge required to perform their roles. • Creating a welcoming and friendly atmosphere for customers, ensuring they have an enjoyable dining experience. • Encouraging staff to build rapport with guests, anticipate their needs, and provide personalised experiences. Requirements： • Experience in the hospitality industry, have restaurant manager or supervisor experience. • Minimum 2 years experience in a restaurant management role • AQF-qualified degree in a relevant field • Food Safety Certificate • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks • Strong leadership and team management skills • Languages: Proficient in English and Mandarin
