Job Descriptions： Performing overall quality control of all work and reporting regularly on project status. Interpreting Client needs and requirements and comprehending the Client's scope of work and technical specifications. Develop preliminary and finalized Bill of Materials (BOM’s) for various Project materials and verify and reconcile BOM’s to latest drawings. Raise, record, and expedite Technical Queries (TQ’s) Assist with the review of Construction schedules. Produce and expedite and Workpacks for Inspection and Testing. Raise, record, and expedite Non-conformance Reports (NCR’s) Identify and assess drawing changes for any financial or time cost impact. Requirements: Tertiary Degree in Civil Minimum 5 years' experience in engineering or project management Operations or Project Management. Civil Engineering experience or knowledge base. Experience within a professional engineering firm, utilities, resources, or construction industry.
