Requirements for skilled employment experience for years: 1-3 years

Job descriptions: Tasks and responsibilities: • Create, standardise and improve operational and logistics processes • Ensure all operational systems are managed, monitored and maintained • Manage and lead Production. • Lead business reporting processes including month-end activities and ad-hoc reporting • Work across different internal stakeholders in the business • Manage high-quality communication with suppliers and customers. • Standardise and monitor QC procedures. • Evaluate, analyse and implement solutions to operational and quality issues. • Assess the solution’s effectiveness by implementing and monitoring KPIs Requirements： • Capabilities to manage fast-paced environment, multi-tasking and problem-solving skills • Ability to standardise and manage processes. • Improve processes and implement new practices to achieve targets. • Manage different tasks and requests at the same time. • Analytical and leadership skills. • At least three years of experience leading processes
