Scope of work includes but is not limited to:
- Responsible for site management and maintenance in accordance with required grades
- Booking and scheduling of relevant construction personnel or subcontractors
- Co-ordinating the day to day jobsite interface and problem solving.
- Arranging and ordering of construction materials and tools
- Quality control, progress control and safety inspection of the project.
- Record construction diary, safety training and signing in for site personnel.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years' experience as a site manager.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in site management and site management of mid to high end House, Townhouse, APT site management.
- Proficient in all types of construction drawings, familiar with workflow, details and inspection methods of all trades.
- Strong problem solving skills with appropriate resources.
- Strong problem solving skills and resourcefulness. Familiar with Australian Building Codes NCC, BCA, WH&S and Safety Standards.
- Responsible, self-motivated, resilient and logical.
- Have excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Possess a driver's license, be able to drive and be under 50 years of age.
- Knowledge of project management tools and software.
