Scope of work includes but is not limited to:
- Communicating, conceptualizing, and drafting client requirements
- Concept and first draft design
- Material and product selection, organization of material sample frames
- Completion of project documentation including drawings, checklists, and detail requirements.
- Coordinate and manage other third party engineers or vendors.
- Responsible for developing the company's design standards for different projects
- Organization, set-up and presentation of showrooms or design events.
Requirements:
- Minimum of two years of local design-oriented experience.
- Familiar with layout, color and lighting design, materials and construction process.
- Knowledge of Revit, AutoCAD, Sketchup, Illustrator, Rendering and other software.
- Ability to develop artistic, creative, and insightful ideas for luxury homes.
- Strong communication, presentation, coordination and team management skills.
- Familiar with Australian Building Code and requirements
- Excellent architectural or interior design work for residential projects.
