Job Descriptions:
Conduct a feasibility study of existing legacy technology and make recommendations of improvement, upgrade, and redundancy
Develop comprehensive project plans for seafood supply chain and production, including scope definition, timelines, budgets, resource allocation and risk management strategies for identified projects
Developing and maintaining historical and future trend data analysis on seafood purchases
Provide analysis and recommendation to management on areas for improvement in all areas of the business to ensure efficient and effective operations, for example, seafood supply chain, production, manufacturing and seafood harvest
Work with key stakeholders on continuous business and system process improvement
Work with system vendors and business stakeholders on requirements gathering and specifications, including writing Business Requirement Documents
Lead system testing and issues management and resolution, including the design and implementation of test plans and testing procedures for new system implementations
Work with key vendors to ensure service level agreements and project timelines are adhered to
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in relevant field, advanced degree preferred
Demonstrated experience in production line, supply chain, and value adding manufacturing projects
Strong knowledge and application of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels
Analytical and problem-solving
Strong organizational and time management skills
