Requirements for skilled employment experience for years: 5-8 years

Job Descriptions: · Lead the channel planning, buying, execution and reporting for media campaigns to the highest standard. · Manage several team members, delegating work effectively throughout the planning and implementation process. · Ensures any team executives or Assistants receive positive and constructive feedback regularly. · Has a thorough understanding of all L’Atelier and GroupM products/processes. · Ensures there is full compliance with Mindshare processes (trading/implementation excellence, feedback, briefing templates etc) · Ensures all communication to internal and external stakeholders is clear and delivered promptly · Ensures accurate and timely reporting in line with client requirements (including final buys, PCAs, invoicing and optimisations) Requirements: · Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the Media or Marketing industry. · Experience managing a team, with multiple members reporting into you. · An understanding of the Australian Media landscape including Digital Media. · A strong understanding and passion for the luxury market · Hybrid experience across all media channels, with sound knowledge of digital · Preferably a background in channel planning and investment · A critical eye for detail
