Responsibilities:
Process payroll for multiple clients accurately and efficiently
Calculate wages, deductions, and taxes in accordance with regulations
Prepare and email payroll reports to clients
Maintain detailed payroll records and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
Assist clients with payroll-related inquiries and provide exceptional customer service
Perform bookkeeping tasks, including recording financial transactions, reconciling accounts, and generating financial reports
Reconcile bank and ensure accuracy of financial data
Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes
Payment of bills and Monitor cash flow
