Educational requirements: Diploma or trade qualification

English requirements: Competent English

Requirements for skilled employment experience for years: 1-3 years

Job Descriptions: Manage and oversee reservation, reception, room service and housekeeping activities Ensure the grounds, property and facilities are maintained to a high standard Maintain a high level of service to our customers and keep good relationship with our regular customers Provide effective mentoring, coaching and training to staff who report to you Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations Manage the stock level and ordering Additional adhoc tasks may be directed from the owner Requirements: Strong problem-solving skills At least two years of working experience as a Motel Manager A relevant qualification is desired
