**Job Description:** As an NDIS Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing high quality support and care to our clients. Work includes but is not limited to: - Assisting clients with daily activities such as personal care, eating and dressing. - Provide emotional support and social interaction to help clients develop positive relationships. - Assists clients in participating in community activities and outings to promote their social and life experiences. - Responsible for documenting and reporting client progress and needs, working with the team to ensure consistent care delivery. **Expectations:** We are looking for talented and committed male NDIS Support Workers to join our team. Below are our expectations: - Possess a valid driver's license and own vehicle to provide flexibility to clients. - Possess a relevant nursing or support certificate with knowledge and experience of disability care. - Possess a valid Certificate of No Criminal Record or be able to obtain one prior to employment; - First aid as well as cardiac resuscitation certificates. - A certificate check that allows you to work with children (staff category). - Good English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills; - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and rapport with customers. - Ability to work a flexible schedule, including night and weekend shift work. - Passionate about delivering high quality care and able to remain calm and professional under pressure.
