Job Descriptions：
• Daily living experience, which includes personal care and hygiene, showing, assistance at mealtimes, and general mobility. • By direction support the health and wellbeing needs of the Elders in line with their care plans. • Working with other Management, staff, Elders, their families, and carers to improve health and wellbeing outcomes, and lifestyle for Elders. • • The position regularly makes decisions regarding client service plans and priorities. • Written and/or personal communication skills are required as these roles have responsibilities across a broad range of responsibilities
Requirements：
• Tertiary qualifications in Aged Care of Individual Support or equivalent (Certificate III or higher) • Current first aid certificate • Experienced in residential aged care/home care • Working with Aboriginal people. • Providing safe and effective care. • Supporting the delivery of care plans in line with principles of self-determination. • Demonstrated ability to effectively advocate, liaise, network, and negotiate with a range of stakeholders.
