Job requirements

Educational requirements: Bachelor

English requirements: Proficient English

Requirements for skilled employment experience for years: 1-3 years

Accept remote work: unacceptable

Job Descriptions: • Hands-on, hosting, taking orders, delivering food, making cocktails, pouring wine and beer, managing and delegating staff, maintaining communication between restaurant and kitchen staff and leading by example. • Leading a small team of restaurant staff, customer service attendants and chefs by setting minimum standards and expectations. Building relationships with current suppliers and organising frequent deliveries for the front and back of the house. • Managing COGS and all outgoing expenses by keeping to a budget and saving costs where possible. Experience with financial reports is ideal and highly considered. • Rostering requirements for all staff (front and back of house) Responsibilities include: • Be Reliable, Punctual and Well Presented. • Possess excellent customer service and communication skills. • Strong food and beverage knowledge • Be able to work as a team player but also independently without supervision. • Have problem solving skills and be goal focused • Available to work weekdays, weekends and double shifts.
