Large 8,000 sq ft warehouse in Smithfield seeks full time Warehouse Supervisor. Job Description: * Warehouse inventory management, ensuring inventory accuracy and minimizing inventory variance issues. * Ensure order fulfillment/accuracy and maintenance of inbound and outbound systems. * Warehouse daily task assignment, arranging arrival receiving, checking, sorting and organizing. * Recruitment and training of warehouse helpers * Distribution team maintenance and management * Lead the team to complete all warehouse operations and execution Job Requirements: * 1-2 years warehouse management experience * Forklift license * Chinese/English communication skills * Ability to operate basic inventory system * Disciplined knowledge of inventory control and attention to work details
