Job Descriptions: Ensure a superior level of service is provided that achieves or exceeds customer expectations by ensuring that all work is performed in the most efficient manner High quality servicing and repairs on all makes and models of cars and 4WD’s Communicate with customers works required/performed Inspecting & ensuring vehicle performance, stability & safety Other activities that serve the team and business as required To organise necessary parts for appropriate repairs to vehicle Responsibilities: Hold relevant & valid qualifications as required – Minimum Certificate III in Automotive (Light Vehicle) Hold a current valid Australian driver’s license Possess a high attention to detail & high accuracy level Demonstrate excellent customer service with well-developed communication skills both verbal and written. Excellent diagnostic and analytical skills Thrive working autonomously Basic computer skills
