Job Descriptions: Work alongside the Restaurant Manager and business ownership team to plan and introduce new menus and menu items to maximise sales considering customer feedback, seasonal variations, costs, and other relevant information. Recruit, oversee and supervise front-of-house staff Meet and greet patrons, and regularly gather valuable feedback. Management of stock levels and financial records Responsible for purchasing and pricing to manage COGS and ensure appropriate budget outcomes. Requirements: Possess excellent relevant qualifications (Diploma or better), agreed substitute. At least 2 to 3 years of professional experience working in a restaurant management role since earning your qualifications. Offer proven ability to prioritise, set goals and be determined to achieve them. Have a passion for delivering exceptional food service & customer experience. Enjoy being professionally presented and enjoy liaising with patrons. Have unrestricted full-time Australian working rights.
