Hiring a full-time customer service Position: customer service Job Description: We are looking for an enthusiastic and committed customer service to join our team. As a customer service agent, you will be responsible for processing customer orders, following up on order status, and answering customer questions and resolving issues. We expect you to have excellent communication skills and be a team player to ensure customer satisfaction. Responsibilities and Functions: Responsible for processing orders placed by customers and ensuring orders are accurate. Follow up on order status in a timely manner to ensure orders are delivered on time. Answer customer inquiries and complaints and provide effective solutions. Work with other departments to resolve customer issues and continuously improve service quality. Assist in handling other customer service related work. Position Requirements: Excellent communication and problem solving skills. Good teamwork spirit and service consciousness. Good English listening, reading and writing skills are preferred. Relevant working experience is preferred. Positive attitude, strong sense of responsibility and able to adapt to work pressure. Salary: Negotiable Working hours: Full time - Full time (9am-5pm) Work Location: Mitcham
