Job Descriptions:
Execute carpentry tasks including installation, repair, and maintenance of fixtures, furniture, and structural components in aged care facilities and commercial.
Collaborate with facility managers and project leads to plan and schedule projects according to resident needs and facility requirements.
Ensure compliance with relevant building codes, safety standards, and regulations.
Safeguard the well-being of residents and staff by maintaining a clean, organized work environment and adhering to safety protocols.
Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and clients to provide updates on project progress and address any concerns or inquiries.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Carpenter, preferably in commercial or institutional settings.
For site manager, experience running smaller commercial projects from start to finish while still being on the tools
Proficiency in carpentry techniques, tools, and materials used in construction and renovation projects.
Strong knowledge of safety procedures and regulations related to carpentry work.
