Job Description: Analyse system requirements and write technical documentation for company policies and user guides. Identify inefficiencies in current processes and highlight software limitations to provide recommendations on software purchase and upgrade. Implement the testing plan and quality standards for enterprise applications, debug existing source code, and polish feature sets. Coordinate with the Technical Director on current programming tasks and collaborate with other programmers to design and implement features. Create and document software tools that artists or other developers require and quickly produce well-organised, optimised, and documented source code. Researching, consulting, analysing and evaluating system program needs. Requirements: Attention to detail is essential and all tasks must be carried out to the highest standard. Excellent debugging and problem-solving skills Excel in performing to end-to-end web/UI Testing Experience with ServiceNow technologies Proven problem-solving experience Certified as ServiceNow Administrator Previous experience with Salesforce CRM Experience with using Selenium Web drive for automation
