Educational requirements: Diploma or trade qualification

English requirements: Competent English

Requirements for skilled employment experience for years: 1-3 years

Accept remote work: unacceptable

Job Descriptions: • Kneading, maturing, cutting, moulding, mixing and shaping dough and pastry goods. • Preparing cakes and pastry fillings. • Monitoring oven temperatures and product appearance to determine baking times. • Coordinating and overlooking the whole pastry production procedure. • Glazing buns and pastries, and decorating cakes with cream and icing. • Knowing how to operate machines. • Emptying, cleaning and greasing baking trays, tins and other cooking equipment. • Efficient, clean and compliance with occupational health and safety regulations. • Quality control of raw materials and weighing ingredients. Requirements: • Hold a relevant Australian qualification in Patisseries or Hospitality. • Recent working experience in Pastry Cook. • Have good communication skills in English. • Be willing to work on a full-time basis.
