Job Descriptions:
· Work as an integral member of the kitchen team to produce Chinese cuisine dishes
· Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to established recipes and standards.
· Selecting and preparing ingredients, portioning food, seasoning, marinating if necessary, and using proper cooking techniques and equipment to ensure high-quality food
· Use kitchen equipment including grills, ovens, deep fryers, fridges, freezers, mixers and preparation implements
· Maintain cleanliness and tidiness in the kitchen by properly storing and handling ingredients, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene.
Requirements:
· Minimum 2 years of experience as a cook.
· Great communication and documentation skills.
· Ability to understand cooking methods, handling of ingredients, and use of seasonings to provide high-quality dishes.Japanese cuisine experience is desirable and food safety knowledge is essential.
· Strong work ethic and customer service approach.
· A la carte experience is highly regarded.
· Ability to handle ingredients, maintain cleanliness in the kitchen, and work according to hygiene standards.
