Educational requirements: Bachelor

English requirements: Competent English

Requirements for skilled employment experience for years: 3-5 years

Job Descriptions: Consulting with Architects, Engineering Professionals, and other professionals, and Technical and Trades Workers. Coordinating labour resources, and procurement and delivery of materials, plant, and equipment Preparing tenders and contract bids Negotiating with building owners, property developers and subcontractors involved in the construction process to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget Operating and implementing coordinated work programs on-site Ensuring adherence to building legislation and standards of performance, quality, cost, and safety. Overseeing the standard and progress of subcontractor’s work Arranging submission of plans to local authorities Requirements: At least 3 years’ experience as a Project Manager Degree in Construction Project Management or equivalent Is experienced in managing all aspects of the project including commercial Ability to work in a team environment
