Job Descriptions:
Measure and mix ingredients in large quantities.
Read, understand, and prepare based on recipe instructions.
Knead, mature, cut, mould, mix and shape dough.
Coordinate the forming, loading, baking, unloading, de-panning, and cooling of products.
Maintain quality and quantity control according to established standards.
Ensure a safe and clean work environment for all staff, complying with Occupational Health and Safety (OH&S) requirements.
Conduct weekly stock orders for ingredients, flour, packaging, and other items related to bakehouse production.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Baker.
Hold a Certificate III in Baking
A self-motivated and pro-active reliable team player with a good eye for detail and presentation
Knowledge of Food Safety practices
Available to work on weekends
Must be willing to work a variety of shifts, including midnight starts times
Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.
Good time management.
Reliable and honest.
