Educational requirements: Diploma or trade qualification

English requirements: Competent English

Requirements for skilled employment experience for years: 3-5 years

Accept remote work: unacceptable

Job description • Rewind AC and DC electric motors and armatures, including, taking winding data, making coils, rewinding, varnishing and baking and final testing • Disassemble, assess, and reassemble all sorts of electric motors, pumps, generators, and gearboxes • Test and repair by AEM Standards and Procedures. • Safely perform all tests / electrical tests required and sign off on job card. • Complete all necessary paperwork associated with the job thoroughly and legibly • Be available for overtime when required. • Work by company’s WHS and Quality system • Undertake ongoing training as required • Complete and submit weekly KPI reports. Requirements： • 2-5 years of work experience on AC & DC motor winding and repair (work experience must be recent in the last five years.) • Experience with pumps & alternator repairs (preferred, not essential) • Team player with strong interpersonal skills • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills • All-rounder with a willingness to learn • Cert III or higher in Electrical Machine Repair (Armature Winding) or equivalent is preferred but not essential.
