Educational requirements: Bachelor

English requirements: Competent English

Requirements for skilled employment experience for years: 1-3 years

Key Responsibilities: • Role will include managing a few residential sites • Must have a strong character to manage all the trades on site and answer all their questions • Must understand how to read architectural and structural plans • Must know how to read survey levels and understand how to check spot levels with a laser • Must know how to assist the excavators in getting the right levels • Must be keen to learn and take on responsibility • Experience is very beneficial - experience of working for high-end residential properties needed Skills and experience Skills Required: Strong Communication Skills Work autonomously Intermediate computer skills (Word, Excel, Power Point) Some construction knowledge University Degree in a construction related course Benefits and perks working ute tablet/Computer
