Requirements for skilled employment experience for years: 3-5 years

Job Descriptions： • Providing wholistic financial advice in terms of cashflow planning, superannuation planning, tax planning, investment planning, funding of sources, distribution of earnings, insurance and estate planning to clients based on the licensee’s philosophies and under the guidance of a senior financial adviser; • Assist senior financial adviser in collecting required data and directing the preparation of relevant financial reports • Monitoring investment performance of the funds under management and making changes to client portfolios, when necessary, by adhering to the licensee’s philosophies; • Participating in client meetings and liaising with clients to understand their financial position and collecting the necessary data to formulate customised financial strategies; • Developing advice and strategies for new and existing clients and reviewing their financial position in an annual and bi-annual basis, to ensure that their on-track to achieve their goals and objectives; • Attending new business meetings and assisting Senior Adviser in the onboarding of new clients; Requirements: • Relevant Tertiary Qualification or equivalent industry experience • Time management skills • Continuous Learning Mindset • Financial management skills • Technical proficiency • Communication skills • Ethics and Integrity • Portfolio management • Strong financial acumen and risk management skills
