Educational requirements: Bachelor

English requirements: Competent English

Requirements for skilled employment experience for years: 3-5 years

Job Descriptions: Manage internal audit process, including planning, conducting and reporting of audits. Inspect and test products, materials and equipment to identify defects and quality issues. Identify root causes of non-conformances and coordinate corrective and preventative actions. Ensure products and processes comply with relevant standards and authority specifications before delivery. Conduct training with internal staff. Work with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction by improving the quality of the products. Manage and maintain the quality records related to all concrete product manufacturing Requirements: 3+ years' experience in quality engineering, quality control or similar roles. Bachelor's degree in mechanical or civil/Structural Engineering or a related field Practical experience with precast manufacturing processes. Strong understanding of quality management systems. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent troubleshooting skills
