Educational requirements: Diploma or trade qualification

English requirements: Competent English

Requirements for skilled employment experience for years: 1-3 years

Accept remote work: unacceptable

Job Descriptions： Ensuring all cleaning requirements are met each shift. *Interacting with the residents in a friendly, helpful, and Positive Manner. *Perform routine cleaning tasks in resident's rooms, common areas, offices and other designated areas of the facility. *Ensure high standards of cleanliness and Hygiene is maintained throughout our facility. *Report and Maintenace issues or concerns to the appropriate department for prompt resolutions. *Adhere to the Infection control policies and procedures to minimize risk of infection transmission. *Follow safe work practices and use personal (PPE) as required. Requirements： • A relevant qualification or the willingness to undertake on-the-job training. • A genuine interest for working in aged care. • An ability to communicate with a diverse range of people. • A capacity to manage a diverse and demanding workload. • The ability to work as part of a team. • Flexibility for shift work including nightshift and weekends. • A current NDIS Worker Screening Check. Respect will assist each successful candidate in obtaining the required certification.
