Job Descriptions： Mastering the preparation of each dish on the menu. Creating and developing new recipes while shaping the menu offerings. Staying updated with customer preferences and culinary trends to tailor dishes accordingly. Adhering to precise cooking instructions and recipes for all signature dishes, ensuring high standards of food preparation. Organizing and prepping all necessary ingredients and materials for cooking. Supervising kitchen staff to ensure adherence to operational standards. Providing timely training to kitchen personnel as needed. Scheduling and managing all kitchen team members. Efficiently handling the flow of orders using the docket system. Keeping a clean and orderly workstation, maintaining high hygiene and sanitation standards throughout the kitchen. Requirements： Possesses relevant qualifications with a minimum of three years of professional experience as a Chef. Holds a trade qualification of Certificate IV in Cookery or higher. Capable of maintaining focus in a high-pressure environment and managing the team effectively. Experienced in menu planning and costing. Must have full working rights within Australia.
