Job Descriptions： • Managing your workload with the Managing Director and Engineering Manager to monitor and discuss deadlines for new and existing projects. • You will be responsible for managing the deadlines assigned to you. • You will need to be fully across all your projects and workload resources to do not over-commit. This will require a high level of leadership skills, delegation and being well organized; organizing yours work tasks with clear deadlines. • You will need to demonstrate your ability to lead or work in a team toward an agreed deadline. To achieve this, you will need to demonstrate organization skills; continuously plan resources as the week evolves and constant monitor your time to ensure that you are achieving established deadlines. • Shall you realise that you cannot achieve a deadline you must discuss this with the Engineering Manager; Requirements： Bachelor of Civil Engineer is required. At least 2 years of relevant experience
