-Experience in residential architectural design, mainly but not limited to houses, duplexes, townhouses, etc., with proficiency in at least one or more design software.
-Can read and understand design drawings and structural drawings, and have a certain understanding of the interior selection of materials and work quotation.
-Good coordination skills and careful and responsible attitude, can work on multiple projects at the same time, and manage each project and the corresponding documents efficiently.
-Good communication skills, language organization, fluent in English and Chinese.
