Job Descriptions： • Plan, strategize, and develop comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to help the company to achieve sales targets, enhance customer loyalty and boost customer retention, and promote the company’s brand reputation • Formulate and implement promotional plans and strategies to expand the reach of goods and services and ensure the effectiveness and efficiency • Organise and manage sales and marketing activities and initiatives, and implement the strategies to achieve sales targets • Supervise the implementation of the strategies and make necessary modification to optimise the outcomes; evaluate the department’s staffs’ performance and provide feedback accordingly • Examine and analyse customers’ needs, identify the market trends and patterns, and make insightful recommendation to help the company to maximise sales Requirements： Qualifications At least Bachelor’s degree Experience At least three years relevant working experience Essential Skills • In-depth and comprehensive knowledge and skills of sales and marketing • Excellent communication and negotiation skills • Strong commercial acumen with a problem-solving mindset • Strong analytical, strategic thinking and planning skills • Energetic and target-driven
