Educational requirements: Diploma or trade qualification

English requirements: Proficient English

Requirements for skilled employment experience for years: 3-5 years

Accept remote work: unacceptable

Job Descriptions: Support participants to connect with their local communities. Support participants to prepare or participate in the preparation of meals. Assist with personal care tasks. Provide appropriate levels of support to maintain and improve the participant’s level of independent functioning, including participation in the community. Respond to the participant’s needs and collaborate positively with their families, support people and others in their lives. Keep accurate and complete records of activities via progress notes and Incident reports. Work within the NDIS Code of Conduct Committed to ongoing learning and development. Requirements: A qualification in Community Services, Disability or Individualised Support or relevant experience in the disability sector or lived experience. Health Check NDIS Worker Screening Check NIS Worker Orientation Module (or willingness to complete) Working With Children Check National Police Clearance (less than 3 months) Understanding of contemporary person-centred, strength-based support in disability services and mental health First aid, medication administration and manual handling certificates. Have a roadworthy, licensed and comprehensive insured vehicle
