Job Descriptions： • with experience in a similar role in a fast-paced a la carte environment dedicated to excellent customer service • to provide effective operational leadership to achieve agreed revenue and business objectives • to ensure service standards are met and high levels of customer satisfaction delivered • Proven ability to recruit, train, lead, manage and inspire a team • knowledge in weekly rostering and ordering • high standard in quality control, hygiene and health and safety • required to be up to date on current industry trends surrounding the Food & Beverage, Hospitality, and Food Industries • ability to stay calm under pressure with a desire and a determination to succeed in the hospitality industry • work alongside your team and motivate them to deliver the best results Requirements： At least a relevant Diploma qualification plus two years full-time post-qualification in the appropriate position OR at least 3 years of experience in the applicable position. Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager is required, as is the ability to lead by example, develop and support team members, and build and maintain a productive, respectful and fun working environment and culture.
