Educational requirements: Bachelor

English requirements: Competent English

Requirements for skilled employment experience for years: 1-3 years

Job Descriptions： • Planning and Designing of Telecom devices, networks such as Copper, Fiber and HFC, and systems • Planning and Designing of OSP networks such as Fibre, Copper and integration with the ISP network equipment • Interpreting the complex telecom architectures and business rules specific to the service provider • IP/VPN and Number management and configuring retail terms in the OSS and BSS applications • Network and Service provisioning for engineering and customer orders • Selecting and developing new telecommunications sites by locating sites, filing documents, drawing up documents for approval, drafting construction drawings and following through to approval • Design the network in compliance with the local councils laws, regulations, policies and procedures in the provision of telecommunications systems
