Job Description： • Responsible for daily kitchen operation and supervising kitchen staff to the required standards of management. • Ability to cook consistent quality food by the Restaurant’s menu • Maintains proper consistency in food quality by monitoring the quality of dishes at all stages of preparation and presentation. • Check the quality of raw and cooked food products to ensure their freshness and meet our restaurant’s standards • Ensure that all garnishing and sauces are cooked and prepared per the restaurant's specifications. • Assist management in selecting and conducting training for new staff • Effectively delegate jobs to junior chefs and apprentices Requirements： • Must have minimum 2 years of experience Excellent people and time management skills • A 'can do' attitude in a busy and fast-paced environment • The ability to work independently • Full work rights in Australia
