Job Descriptions： • Lead, mentor, and develop store staff to achieve sales targets and maintain high customer service standards. • Foster a positive and productive work environment. • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback. • Develop and implement strategies to increase store sales and profitability. • Monitor and analyze sales performance, implementing action plans to address areas of improvement. • Manage stock levels and make key decisions about stock control. • Ensure the highest level of customer service is provided at all times. • Address customer complaints and inquiries promptly and effectively Requirements： • Proven experience as a Retail Manager or similar role in the grocery or retail industry. • Strong leadership and team management skills. • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. • Financial acumen and experience with sales analysis and reporting.
