Job Descriptions： Develop plans and specifications. Conduct feasibility studies and site surveys. Create CAD drawings and calculate requirements. Oversee construction from start to finish. Monitor progress and ensure safety standards. Inspect sites and resolve issues. Ensure compliance with regulations. Submit permit applications. Liaise with government agencies. Prepare cost estimates and manage budgets. Oversee personnel, materials, and equipment. Requirements： Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field. 3 years of civil engineering experience. Proficiency in CAD and design tools. Knowledge of construction processes and regulations. Strong problem-solving, project management, and communication skills.
