Scope of Work:
- Assist in projects by communicating with clients, conceptualizing, and drafting designs
- Drafting
- Production of architectural and interior renderings and presentations.
- Material and product selection and organization
- Finalize project documentation including drawings, checklists, and detailing requirements.
- Contact and coordinate with third party consultants or vendors
- Assist with design standards for various projects
Technical Requirements:
- Experience in a local related design oriented role
- Familiarity with Revit, AutoCAD, Sketchup, Adobe Set, Microsoft Suite and other software.
- Communication skills in English and Chinese, drawing and program comprehension, coordination and teamwork skills are required.
- Knowledge of Australian building codes and requirements
