Educational requirements: Diploma or trade qualification

English requirements: Competent English

Requirements for skilled employment experience for years: 3-5 years

Job description: Ensure all plans and elevations are 2D and 3D for safety and builders’ requirements. Work with all local Government, local Councils and Builder/Developers to be deemed to comply as necessary Compliance of All Architectural Drawings Compliance of all Engineering Compliance with Australian and New Zealand Standards Compliance with local codes of practice risk management Compliance with safety standards to WorkSafe criteria Provide technical support on drawings and documentation Ensure project requirements are professionally executed and well communicated with all Government Departments, Victorian and local Requirements: Must have a Certificate IV in Residential Building Drafting/Drafting Technology or equivalent Minimum of 3 years experience Ability to work in a team environment
