Job description: · Collaborate with staff to identify and document operational needs for the piloting of an added functionality to the electronic health record and patient management system · Analyze current workflows, identify inefficiencies, and propose improved business practices and system enhancements for a general practice. · Develop and execute system test plans to ensure system quality and integrity. · Coordinate with various departments to gather and analyze data for system project decisions. · Enhance cybersecurity measures to protect patient data and ensure regulatory compliance. · Improve interoperability with other healthcare systems and institutions. · Provide technical support and training to clinical staff on new systems and technologies. · Demonstrate a commitment to Environmental and Equal Opportunity objectives, to ensure a workplace free from discrimination and harassment. Requirements: · Tertiary qualifications in a relevant technology field are essential; health-related experience is desired but unnecessary. · Knowledge of healthcare information systems and electronic health records is desired · Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with medical professionals and IT teams. · Experience with business modelling, forecasting, process improvement, simplification and automation with the ability to coordinate complex projects through development to predetermined timelines and budget allocations · Experience in cross-functional business partnering and managing multiple stakeholders, such as Digital Marketing, billings and finance. · High-level skills in written communication with the ability to synthesise information and clearly articulate evaluative arguments.
