Job Descriptions： As a permanent Educator (Monday-Friday), you will be responsible for supporting your Lead Educator in delivering a child-focused, high-quality, fun and exciting program for the children in your classroom. You should understand the importance that free-flowing indoor/outdoor play has in the Early Years and strive to support this ideology. The position involves helping children and supporting your Lead Educator as well as the entire team. Requirements： . have a passion for working with children, genuinely wanting to give them the best start to life through play-based education and a desire to have a positive impact on their lives and their future. . have a passion for establishing and maintaining positive relationships with families and the wider community. .have a current positive working with children check. .have current first aid/cpr/anaphylaxis/asthma. .have completed or working towards completing a Certificate III in Children’s Services. .have an understanding of the National Law & Regulations and the National Quality Framework. .have an understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework .have a strong level of professionalism and an understanding of professional boundaries. .have a strong desire to continually improve and strive for Excellence (as an individual and as a team) .have sound professional written and verbal communication skills
