Job Descriptions： Effective management of all Beverage stock across the complex, ensuring monthly stock takes are adhered to and regular analysis of stock takes reported to Operations Manager & Owner Effective financial management ensures costs (goods and labour) are managed and sales budgets and profit expectations are met Responsible for maintaining venue standards and presentation at all times Working on floor ensuring all staff are allocated to their correct sections and that duties are being fulfilled at all times whilst also covering bar and floor duties. Guest experience - Responsible for venue reservations and group bookings Venue Compliance - Responsible for the legal compliance of the venue, ensuring all aspects of WHS, Legal compliance and Food safety are adhered to. Requirements： Diploma Level qualification plus a minimum of 3 years experience
