Job Description Tertiary qualification in civil engineering related or equivalent; Leadership, organizational and communication skills with the ability to develop, manage and maintain relationships with a variety of internal and external stakeholders; High level of enthusiasm and motivation with a strong desire to achieve positive results as part of a team; A pragmatic mindset with a hands-on approach to getting things done; Flexibility to travel to project sites in your state on a regular basis in addition to occasional weekend work or night shifts.
