Large construction company in Sydney seeks a full time Estimator Surveyor! Responsibilities: -Developing bills of quantities and costing -Analyze drawings, specifications, develop estimates and purchase quotes -Coordinate project teams and provide administrative support -Conduct project site visits (if required) -Liaise with contractors, suppliers and stakeholders Requirements: -Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Mandarin preferred) -Proficiency in Word, Excel and Bluebeam. -Ability to work independently and as part of a team -Possess detailed analytical skills -Valid driver's license, preferably with a car -Related construction experience preferred
