Job Descriptions:
• Prepare, assess, and negotiate changes to contracts and projects, ensure compliance and transparency
• Prepare and manage documentation related to contracts and projects
• Identify and address inquiries and resolve issues related to contracts and projects, and provide advice to the management team on important issues that requiring attention
• Gather data from projects, review, analyse, and prepare reports related to project results for continuous improvement
• Collaborate with colleagues (particularly Project Manager, Architect, management team, etc.) to ensure the successful execution of the projects and achieve the project goals
• Supervise contractors' work and report on changes to work orders
Essential Skills:
• At least a Bachelor’s degree in a highly relevant field
• A keen eye for detail and a systematic approach to tasks
• The ability to address and solve problems innovatively
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Teamwork, time management, multi-tasking, etc.
• Initiative and a proactive attitude
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Background and experience within the Construction industry is preferred
