Job Description: Manage, review and perform routine functions related to Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable, including preparation and processing of invoices and payments (for suppliers, claimants and employee expense reimbursements) Prepare all documents for accounts processing- sales orders, etc Prepare and maintain Superannuation records Processing of monthly reconciliations Transact overseas payments - bank transfers Month end processing according to task master schedule Records management and filing Perform other duties and support Accountant as and when required Requirements: Degree in Accounting & Finance or equivalent work experience - MUST be a Diploma or Degree completed in Australia - this is a MUST HAVE 1-2 years or more related to accounting duties in similar role Exposure to large ERP systems - Pronto experience is desirable but not essential Intermediate Excel knowledge Great verbal and written skills Open to fresh graduates with one year experience - must be a fast learner
